BiboFlow couples every keg itself, washes it, fills it, and moves it on. Your operator supervises instead of doing. From two heads at craft volumes to five heads and 80 kegs an hour.
Most of the breweries we work with started small: a keg washer, one person on packaging day, and a lot done by hand. Then the beer sold. More kegs every week, and more customers waiting on a delivery. At some point the question stops being how to wash kegs and becomes who on your team should be doing it all day.
BiboFlow is the next step for that brewery: a fully automatic line from 20 to 80 kegs an hour, built to order by a supplier that already knows your kind of brewery.
We started as brewers. Our founder built and ran a brewery before he built keg machines, and several of the team have worked on a brewery floor. So when we talk about your line, we ask about your kegs and your packaging day, and we draw something that fits. You talk to people who have done the job, not to a salesman in a suit.
Our customers know us for picking up the phone. That doesn’t change because the machine got bigger.
On a BiboFlow, your operator stops handling kegs and starts supervising them. The machine couples each keg, with the same clamping and the same seal every time. It runs your wash recipe, moves the keg on, and fills it. Your operator keeps kegs coming in and takes finished ones away.
On the bigger lines, each head does one job. One keg is filling while the next ones are still being washed, and that is where the extra kegs an hour come from. The wash keeps its full contact times.
Every BiboFlow is built to order, so we build the cycle around your beer. Steam sterilisation, a CO₂ purge before filling, a measured fill, sensors that check each head, a rinse for the fitting on the way out: you choose what your process needs, and we build it in. Your recipes are saved on the touch screen, per keg size and per product.
Example: a five-head BiboFlow. Your line is configured to your process.
Machine-led kegging at craft volumes
Two heads: one washes, one fills. You bring the keg, and the machine couples it and moves it from washing to filling. It’s for the brewery that wants the machine doing the handling, at volumes where most breweries still couple by hand.
20 kegs/h washed and filled
35 kegs/h washed only
One line, one operator, 30 to 80 kegs an hour
Kegs travel head to head on the conveyor. Every line is built and quoted to your layout.
BiboFlow 3 30 to 40 kegs/h
BiboFlow 4 about 50 kegs/h
BiboFlow 5 60 to 80 kegs/h
Indicative throughput for 20-litre steel kegs. Your recipe and keg size set the real figure.
Both are good ways to run packaging. They suit different breweries.
Your operator and the machine share the job. He couples and moves the keg, the machine washes and fills it. Nothing we build gives you more kegs per euro: a BiboCombi 3+1 washes and fills 30 to 34 kegs an hour. From €17,750.
The machine does the whole cycle, coupling and transfer included, and your operator supervises. It costs more. What you pay for is the handling the machine takes off your team. From three heads up, you also get capacity no semi-automatic machine reaches. From €28,950.
If kegs per euro is what matters most and you’re under 35 kegs an hour, buy the BiboCombi. We would rather tell you now.
A BiboFlow line is a long decision, so we size it for the volume you expect in five years, not the volume you had last year. We draw it around your floor: infeed and outfeed conveyors, tank sizes, keg turners, external keg washers, stacking. When the brewery needs more again, we build the next step around what you have.
Example: BiboFlow 5 with infeed and outfeed conveyors, about 4.6 × 3 m.
Send us your floor plan. We’ll send back a layout.
Every BiboFlow is built in Europe, CE marked, and covered by a 12 to 24-month warranty set out in your contract. We install it, commission it, and train your operators as part of the project. After that, the person who answers your call builds keg machines, and knows what a spear is and why counter-pressure matters.
It depends on the number of heads and how the conveyors run. As an example, a BiboFlow 5 with infeed and outfeed conveyors fits in about 4.6 × 3 m. Send us your floor plan and we’ll draw yours.

Stainless steel kegs from 20 to 50 litres, with A, S, D and G fittings. Other sizes and fittings on request.
Whatever your process needs. Every BiboFlow couples, washes, and fills the keg automatically. Steam sterilisation, a CO₂ purge, a measured fill, head sensors, and a fitting rinse are built in to order, so you don’t pay for steps your beer doesn’t need.
Yes. Heads can be switched off in the recipe, so the same machine washes only, fills only, or does both.
We do. Installation, commissioning, and operator training are part of every BiboFlow project.
BiboFlow starts at €28,950 for the BiboFlow 2. Lines with three to five heads are built to your layout and quoted individually.
Tell us what you run today and where you expect to be in five years. We’ll come back with a layout and a configuration.
